Journal Article 2020 04 07 Handicrafts is one of the most important sectors of the world economy, which has generated high employment and raise in income among industries worldwide for more than a decade. In addition to economic advantages, cultural, social and political effects have caused almost all governments in the world to seek benefit from this productiveness in their country. Basically, handicrafts are a part of our national art and industry, which, in addition to economic production aspects, reflect national culture and values, as well as the creativity, philosophical insights, and artistic taste of every corner of the country. The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran defines the cultural, social, political and economic institutions of the Iranian society based on Islamic principles and rules. The fourth chapter of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, through 13 principles, deals with the design of the general economic principles of the society. In this article, considering the economic principles of the constitution, it is sought to discover the foundations and religious documents of the economic principles of the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Moreover, it is also sought to discover which verses of the Holy Quran are the religious manifestations of the economic principles of the constitution. The main source for answering the above inquiries are the Holy Quran and the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Through a library study with a descriptive-analytical approach, the economic verses of the Holy Quran, which are present in the national Constitution are extracted and analyzed.<br /><br /><strong>Research aims:</strong><br />1. Recognizing the approach of Islam towards economic principals.<br />2. Deliberating upon the economic principles of the constitution of the Islamic Republic and its view on handicrafts.<br /><br /><strong>Research questions:</strong><br />1. What approach does the Islamic religion have towards economy?<br />2. In the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, what religious documents exists regarding economy and handicrafts? صنایع ­دستی یکی از مهم­ترین بخش‌های اقتصاد جهانی است که در بیش از یک دهۀ اخیر، بیشترین درآمدزایی و اشتغال‌زایی را در میان صنایع مختلف جهان داشته است. علاوه‌بر مزیت ­های اقتصادی، آثار فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی باعث شده است تقریباً تمامی حکومت­ ها در جهان به دنبال بهره­ گیری از این صنعت در کشور خود باشند. اصولاً صنایع دستی، بخشی از هنر و صنعت ملی ماست که علاوه‌بر جنبه ­های تولیدی اقتصادی، فرهنگ و ارزش ­های ملی و نیز خلاقیت و بینش ­های فلسفی و ذوق هنری اقوام ساکن در هر نقطه ­ای از کشورمان را منعکس می­ سازد. قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران مبین نهادهای فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی جامعه ایران براساس اصول و ضوابط اسلامی است. فصل چهارم قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران طی 13اصل، به طرّاحی اصول کلی اقتصادی جامعه پرداخته است. در این نوشتار با مدّنظر قرار دادن اصول اقتصادی قانون اساسی، در پی پاسخ به این سؤال هستیم که مبانی و مستندات دینی اصول اقتصادی قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟ یا به عبارتی دیگر، کدام‌یک از آیه های قرآن کریم مستند دینی اصول اقتصادی قانون اساسی است. اصلی­ ترین منبع پژوهش برای پاسخ به این سؤال، قرآن کریم و قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. از طریق یک مطالعه کتابخانه ­ای با رویکردی توصیفی-تحلیلی، به استخراج و شناسایی آیه­ های اقتصادی قرآن کریم که مستند اصول اقتصادی قانون اساسی است، می ­پردازیم.<br /><br /><strong>اهداف پژوهش:</strong><br />1. بازشناسی رویکرد دین اسلام به اقتصاد.<br />2. شناخت اصول اقتصادی قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی و دیدگاه آن نسبت به صنایع­دستی.<br /><br /><strong>سؤالات پژوهش:</strong><br />1. دین اسلامی چه رویکردی نسبت به اقتصاد دارد؟<br />2. در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، چه مستندات دینی دربارۀ اقتصاد و صنایع دستی وجود دارد؟ https://www.sysislamicartjournal.ir/article_127441_b7fe388c944d94fe49e132e52e996823.pdf
