Journal Article Nahj al-Balagheh is rightly introduced as beyond the words of man and below the words of God. The variety of topics in Nahj al-Balagheh is remarkable including high monotheistic teachings, superior divine values, advice, preaching, expression and analysis of political and social events, itineraries of rulers and their reproach. The right to security and immunity, after the right to life, is the utmost need of mankind and religious texts in various dimensions have recognized this matter and have determined executive assurances for its comprehension. In the present study, firstly, the concept of political jurisprudence and its topics and goals are explained, then the issue of security and its dimensions, which is one of the examples and propositions of political jurisprudence, and the building of Dar al Manafa from the point of view of Nahj al-Balagheh is analyzed via a descriptive-analytical method following a library research approach. The main objective of this study is to introduce the divine gift of security and to present a clear image with presenting effective solutions in realizing, consolidating and institutionalizing security in various fields of human life as citing the political jurisprudence teachings of Nahj al-Balagheh.<br /><br /><strong>Research aims:</strong><br />1. Clarifying political jurisprudence and its matters and objectives.<br />2. Examining the ethical, jurisprudential, ethical and political teachings of Nahj al-Balagheh regarding security with an emphasis on Dar al-Manafe<br /><br /><strong>Research questions:</strong><br />1. What security-oriented goals and topics are presented in the political jurisprudence?<br />2. What concepts regarding security have been discussed in Nahj al-Balagheh? نهج ­البلاغه، به حق، فراتر از سخن انسان و فروتر از سخن خدا معرفی می‌شود. تنوع موضوعات نهج البلاغه اعجاب‌برانگیز است، معارف بلند توحیدی، ارزش‌های والای الهی، پند و اندرز و موعظه، بیان و تحلیل حوادث سیاسی و اجتماعی، دستور کار حکمرانان و توبیخ آن ها از جمله مطالب نهج­ البلاغه است. حق امنیت و مصونیت، پس از حق حیات، در صدر فهرست حقوق انسان­ ها قرار می‌گیرد و متون دینی در ابعاد مختلف آن را به رسمیت شناخته و برای تحقق آن ضمانت ه­ای اجرایی تعیین نموده‎‌اند. در پژوهش حاضر، نخست به تبیین مفهوم فقه سیاسی و موضوعات و اهداف آن پرداخته شده، سپس مسئله امنیت و ابعادش که یکی از مصادیق و گزاره‌های فقه سیاسی می‌باشد و ابنیه دار المنفعه، از منظر نهج­ البلاغه، با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و به شیوه مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و فیش‌برداری مورد تحقیق و پژوهش قرار گرفته است. هدف، معرفی و شناساندن موهبت الهی امنیت و ارائه تصویری روشن از آن با راهکارهای موثر در تحقق و تحکیم و نهادینه کردن امنیت در عرصه های مختلف زندگی بشر، با استناد به آموزه‌های فقهی سیاسی نهج البلاغه است.<br /><br /><strong>اهداف پژوهش</strong>:<br />1. تبیین فقه سیاسی و موضوعات و اهداف آن.<br />2. بررسی آموزه­های اخلاقی، فقهی، اخلاقی و سیاسی نهج­ البلاغه درباره امنیت با تاکید بر دارالمنفعه.<br /><br /><strong>سؤالات پژوهش:</strong><br />1. فقه سیاسی دربردارنده چه اهداف و موضوعاتی با محوریت امنیت است؟<br />2. در نهج ­البلاغه به چه مفاهیمی درخصوص امنیت پرداخته شده است؟ https://www.sysislamicartjournal.ir/article_127462_df999642f0e1e7f7202bc82ba3ed7419.pdf
