Abstract
Now that we are trying to address our proposed model and examine the possible position of the second parliament in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, nearly forty years have passed since the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and almost thirty years have passed since its amendment in 1989. The weaknesses and strengths of its principles have been revealed to everyone, especially lawyers. In an article entitled "The need to establish a second parliament in the Islamic Republic of Iran" in this quarterly, the author examines the weaknesses and shortcomings of our legislative structure in the constitution The other has led the Islamic Consultative Assembly. But the establishment of such an institution, regardless of the specific functions and special way of selecting its members, which originated from the philosophy and nature of the formation of supreme councils during different periods, will only lead to bureaucracy and a number of ineffective decision-making institutions It should provide the legislative structure of the Islamic Republic of Iran and make it fatter,
