چکیده [English]

Organizational citizenship behavior as one of the new concepts of organizational behavior management that emphasizes the extra-role behaviors of employees and managers and has a decisive role in the organizational process and the transformation of the traditional environment into a dynamic and efficient environment. Organizations, especially in developing countries, need to increase efficiency, and the ground must be laid for the implementation of organizational citizenship behavior so that employees and managers can use their abilities to achieve organizational goals. The main purpose of this study is to design and develop a model of organizational citizenship behavior of managers. The research method in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach that has been done using Delphi technique and survey of this study. Jthe moderating role of leadership components on the relationship between organizational components and organizational citizenship behavior of managers was not confirmed. In the present study, according to the results of testing the hypotheses, we finally presented the model of organizational citizenship behavior of managers.
