چکیده [English]

Shiite jurists in religious and religious attitudes as well as in the sources and methods of inferring rulings are divided into two categories: news and principles. The Akhbari school has been the dominant thought in Shiite society for about two centuries due to the Safavid rule and has been created and developed with the theories of Mullah Amin Astarabadi. And this process continued until the spread of the ideas of Behbahani and his students. These ideas caused the decline of the Akhbarians. With the victory of the fundamentalists and the consequent gaining of ijtihad, the ground was prepared for the ulema to enter politics. Therefore, the principles have left a tremendous impact on our society today, which is still visible. In the present research, the disputed cases and the roots of the differences between the Akhbaris and the Usulis are discussed and the beliefs of each of them are examined to determine which one is accepted by the present jurists in the contemporary era. It also answers the question of how the beliefs of these two groups have shaped contemporary Shiite beliefs. In the end, it is concluded that today, the principles have been able to pay attention to the dominant intellectual akhbaris of Shiite jurists and expand the rational path against the path of pure narration.
