The Holy Quran is a guiding text that encompasses a range of directives, admonitions, sermons, and narratives, each addressing various facets of human life. These teachings can be utilized to derive principles and guidelines that promote psychological health and mental well-being. This study employs a descriptive and analytical approach, drawing on data from library sources. The Quran posits divine remembrance (dhikr) as the ultimate remedy for anxiety, as stated: "Say, 'It is for those who believe a guidance and a healing'" (Fussilat: 44). Through its teachings and directives, the Quran aims to help individuals achieve personal balance and harmony. Imam Ali (AS) advises: "Seek health for your ailments through the Quran and seek help with it in hardships." For individuals whose native language differs from Arabic, translating the Quran into their own language becomes essential for utilizing its teachings to address challenges and attain well-being. This process reveals the Quran's miraculous nature and fosters profound appreciation. In Islamic architecture, Quranic themes hold a special place; the Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque is a notable example.
